Wear it a little. Then a little more.

Week one — 20 to 30 minutes a day. Sitting at your desk is the easiest place to start.

Week two — add roughly 15 minutes a day, whenever the last stretch started feeling easy.

Week three onward — up to around two hours a day. That's the sweet spot for most people.

Feeling a little unfamiliar in the first few days is normal — your shoulders are being asked to sit somewhere they haven't in years. Sharp pinching or numbness is not normal; if you feel either, loosen the straps. The rule of thumb: snug enough to notice, loose enough to forget.

  • Wide Shoulder Pads

The usual reason people give up is raw skin under the arms. Broad padded straps spread the pull across the shoulder instead of digging into one thin line.

  • Honeycomb Weave

An open, breathable outer layer over soft perforated foam. It doesn't turn into a sweat trap by mid-morning, and it wipes clean easily.

  • One-Handed Adjustment

Pull to tighten, release to loosen. No buckles to thread, no reaching behind your back, no asking someone else for help.

  • No Size Chart Needed

Both straps adjust independently across a wide range, so there's nothing to measure and nothing to send back for a swap.

Where cheap braces fall short

Cheap braces fail the same three ways: they rub the underarms raw, they show through your shirt, and they get hot by mid-morning. So they end up in a drawer by week two. Those are the three things we fixed first.

  Generic braces

Wide padded straps — no raw skin under the arms

Open honeycomb weave that breathes all day

Sits flat and stays invisible under a shirt

Adjusts one-handed, without help

Fits without measuring or a size chart

Questions, answered

Will people see it under my shirt?

No. The straps sit flat and the hardware is low-profile, so it reads as a seam rather than a device. It's invisible under a dress shirt, a sweater, or a regular tee. Under something very thin and very fitted you may catch a faint outline in certain light.

How long should I wear it each day?

Start with 20 to 30 minutes. Add about 15 minutes a day from there, working up to around two hours. Don't wear it all day from the start — you'll be sore, and sore isn't the goal.

Should it feel uncomfortable at first?

A little unfamiliar, yes. Your shoulders are being asked to sit somewhere they haven't in years, and that feeling fades within a few days. Sharp pain, pinching, or numbness means it's too tight — loosen the straps. Snug enough to feel, loose enough to forget.

Will it fit me?

Both straps adjust independently across a wide range, so there's no size to choose at checkout. [CONFIRM ACTUAL FIT RANGE FROM SUPPLIER AND STATE IT HERE — e.g. fits chest sizes XX″ to XX″.]

Can I wear it at my desk, or while driving?

Desk, yes — that's where most people get the most out of it. Driving, yes. Under a coat in winter, yes. We'd skip heavy lifting and strenuous exercise; you want your own muscles doing that work.

How do I clean it?

Hand wash cool with a mild soap and air dry flat. Don't put it in the dryer — heat degrades the elastic and it won't hold its shape afterward.
