What age is the Nova MoveBand for?
Designed for ages 6 to 16. The strap adjusts so it fits a five-year-old's wrist without sliding around and still closes comfortably on a taller twelve-year-old.
Does it need a phone, a SIM card, or a subscription?
No SIM card and no subscription of any kind — there's no SIM slot in the band and nothing to pay monthly. It tracks and displays your child's activity on the band itself.
Is it waterproof?
It's water resistant and handles everyday kid life — rain, hand-washing, spills and splashes. Please take it off before showers, baths, swimming or saunas.
How long does the battery last?
Several days of normal use on a single charge, topped up with the included magnetic cable. No charging dock to lose.
What if it doesn't fit, or they just don't like it?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. Kids are honest reviewers and we'd rather have the band back than have it sitting in a drawer.
